WOW! So let me tell you how THRILLED we were to have Jeff Santoro as our agent! Right from the get go when we started planning and zooming Jeff was AWESOME!!! He kept us in the loop with everything and even once we made it down to WDW, he was texting, helping and checking in on us. Without his help and guidance our vacation would have been ok. But with him it was one of our favorite trips to Disney EVER!! He truly went above and beyond to assist my family to have an awesome time. We will truly use him again in the future and are giving all of our friends his information to use him.

I’ve always planned my own Disney vacations in the past, probably 4 or 5 over the years but decided to use an agent this time and I am so glad I did!! Jaime did so much work to create a wonderful vacation for my Mom and I! I feel like she went above and beyond, especially right now with the extra Covid restrictions to make sure my Moms first Disney trip was great and it was so greatly appreciated! She was available during our vacation if we needed anything and was extremely quick to respond to all the many questions I had for the months leading up to the trip too! Any questions I had she even responded with screen shots of where to find things if possible. Screen shots of maps on how to get places when at the resort, just so many extra steps she took to take the stress out of planning. I will absolutely book my next Universal and Disney trip through Jaime.

I can't say enough how much of a rock star Bridget is!!! She went above and beyond what I could have possibly expected! She handled even minor issues quickly and with good results. Will never travel without her!
