Shannon did a fanatic job planning our vacation, she really listened to us and was great at keeping within our budget. Jen is simply amazing! She knows Disney like the back of her hand and knows exactly what to do to put the perfect vacation together, regardless of budget! Our trip coincided with the Covid-19 Disney closures. Lindsay was amazing. She was in contact with us the entire time, rearranging reservations, fast passes and keeping us updated on changes. In the middle of it all we returned to our room to find cupcakes for the whole family.
