Hi, my name is Jen Grandmaison and I live in Bay City, MI with my husband Kyle and our daughter Allie.  In early 2018, I left my full time job so that I could focus all of my professional time and energy into assisting with my client's travel planning.  Disney World is the preferred vacation destination of my family and we travel there approximately four times per year. I am a WDW Annual Passholder and I think it is very important to see and experience all that is Disney first hand so that I can better serve my clients. I specialize in Disney travel and more specifically, Walt Disney World vacations.  However, I can assist with Universal, Disney Cruise Line, and much more. As a parent to a child on the Autism Spectrum, I also understand what challenges that can bring.  I enjoy using my knowledge and expertise to help share the magic of Disney and would be happy to help you plan your next vacation!

Jen helped us put together the trip of a lifetime! She helped us figure out all the details and was able to book some of the best parts of the trip! This was my first time at Disneyworld and Jen was amazing and very helpful. She made my trip feel magical even when I had unexpected events happen but she was very understanding and still made sure my trip was going to happen. My daughter had the time of her life( especially spending my money) and now she wants to go back. I recommended Jen to all my friends if they plan on going to Disneyworld and sure enough they will be planning soon. Currently planning another trip in October with her and can’t wait.

My family had the best time ever and are already planning our next trip to Disney world. Jen made everything so much easier. Jen kept us informed of all the changes Disney was making from masks to social distancing. She even managed to get us a boarding time for rise of the resistance which is now one of our favorite rides. We definitely won’t ever forget this trip.
