Over the years, I have been fortunate to have visited 48 states ... 6 continents ... and over 120 countries. For 10 years, I worked for the Walt Disney Company. I have extensive knowledge about visiting Disney Parks in Florida, California, and beyond. In addition to arranging magical Disney experiences, I have been an annual passholder at Universal Studios Florida and California for years. I have an intimate understanding of both parks. Finally, I have arranged "group" and custom travel to some of the most popular countries in the world. WOW! So let me tell you how THRILLED we were to have Jeff Santoro as our agent! Right from the get go when we started planning and zooming Jeff was AWESOME!!! He kept us in the loop with everything and even once we made it down to WDW, he was texting, helping and checking in on us. Without his help and guidance our vacation would have been ok.
