"My family and I just came home from the most wonderful magical Walt Disney World vacation and we have Shannon to thank for helping our dream vacation become a reality. When my family decided we were going to go to Disney we were hesitant to hire a travel agent, but when we found out Disney travel agents are free to the clients, we decided to give it a go.
I was afraid once the vacation was booked our travel agent would become MIA and we would be on our own the rest of the way. That couldn’t have been further from the case with Shannon. She explored all our vacation package options with us and after she booked our trip for us, she stayed by my side helping to plan all the rest of the details. She even got up in the middle of the night to make our dinner and fastpass reservations while I was fast asleep in my bed.
Shannon met with me right before our trip to answer any remaining questions and as an unexpected bonus she showed up with travel goodies for the whole family! That sure made us all feel very special. Once we were in Disney she even checked in a couple of times to make sure there was nothing we needed while we were down there.
If you are not sure about working with a Disney travel agent, I highly recommend giving Shannon a shot. She always listened to what I wanted and never pushed me into buying more than I wanted. Things in Disney are changing constantly and it was a lifesaver for my family to have someone educated in all those changes helping us on our journey.
