Jenn Q. was so great to work with! She always answered my questions quickly and she made every interaction super simple. She also sent little stickers of my girls’ favorite Harry Potter characters to us which was such a cute gift before we left to visits Hogwarts!! Our trip coincided with the Covid-19 Disney closures. Lindsay was amazing. She was in contact with us the entire time, rearranging reservations, fast passes and keeping us updated on changes. In the middle of it all we returned to our room to find cupcakes for the whole family.
